I know this is kind of late but we hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday season! We had a great time this year since this is the first year Carson has really understood what was going on. We went over to Isaac's parents to watch a movie and have hot dogs on Christmas Eve. Carson I decided has some weird tastes, we gave him a hot dog which he promptly took apart and ate the bun with toppings but couldn't be convinced to even sample the actual hot dog. Oh well :)
Christmas morning started at about 7:30am we opened our stockings and Carson opened his presents. Isaac and I didn't open any presents at our house since we got our presents early (see previous post). Carson was THRILLED with his big gift this year which was from us and my parents, it is a massive (62.5 feet of track) slot car track.
Then we went over to my parents house and opened a ton of gifts and then trekked down the street to Isaac's parents house to open even more gifts! All in all it was fun and we got WAY more stuff than we needed. Thanks everyone!!
NEW YEARS started out nice and quiet since we decided that we just wanted to stay home and do our own thing. Carson got cranky around 9:30pm and finally ended up crying and screaming with an earache until about 1am when Isaac got back from my mom's with the ear drops. THANK YOU SO MUCH MOM!! YOU ARE A LIFESAVER!! Other than that we had a great holiday season and can't wait until the next one!
